After 5 years, dozens of interns, a lot of work and so much value passed for the young talents. We are very proud of the program's outcome and looking forward to achieving more.

We designed the MD-Geeks program to minimize the gap between the young talent’s abilities and the software industry’s needs. Aiming to elevate our interns’ skills using practical engagements, like experience working on real projects, and meeting high-level quality standards. Focuses on productivity by adopting an agile delivery approach within MD-Labs’ flexible work environment.
